I know eXXpozed attracts mixed reviews but my own experience was nothing less than excellent. Ordered a Maloja wooly hat, communication on delivery was good and item arrived as described and in a timely fashion. Happy customer, will return.

After some weeks asking and writing we found a formula to get the refund back. I ask if I could to make a new order and pay the difference from my refund and it works fine. I know the service is not excellent but sometimes they have very special pricing for the products! I hope they will work on this!!! They will have a second chance.

I have been ordering from Exxposed for the last five years and can confidently say they offer the best prices and the largest selection of outlet items and discounts online in Europe. The quality of their products is excellent. While the customer support may not be the most responsive and delivery times can occasionally be longer than expected, I believe the combination of price and quality more than makes up for it. I’m giving a 5-star review to balance out some of the unfair negative reviews from others (otherwise I would rate it 4 due to occasional delivery issues). My experience has been overwhelmingly positive! I’ve purchased high-end winter clothing at huge discounts and couldn’t be happier.

Ich habe mit exxpozed immer nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die schlechten Bewertungen haben mich sehr verunsichert. Aber auch bei der aktuellen Bestellung hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Aufgrund eines Tippfehlers meinerseits kam keine Bestellbestätigung. Kurze Mail genügte und nach 10 Minuten kam eine Rückmeldung. Super Service!
