Extended Stay America Tracking Order Status

We suddenly found ourselves without housing and tried so many hotels while looking for a permanent home. Finally the end of August we found a great rate at ESA. We stayed until the end of January when we moved in the new house. I can honestly say we all loved our experience. From the General manager to the young man emptying the trash room everyone was friendly courteous and genuine As we stayed each week the rate got lower and lower. We were a group of four. It ea clean And modern. And to have a kitchen was very much appreciated as most hotels will not let you cook in your room only using the microwave Fresh clean white sheets and towels upon request. I actually was a little sad about leaving. Thank you ESA!

I don't know why people have such low ratings on Extended Stay although except for the one that I stay at was a little bit scrungy but it wasn't too dirty. They will more than comedy for the wheelchair although I should have done my research a little more when getting Ada room and making sure I had at least two beds instead of one but it all worked out plus I was able to go to my Houston Texans game.

My daughter and I stayed here on December 02,23, and we left on Dec, 03,23. There is a young lady named Krista, that works the front desk. She is so kind and wonderful, always with a smile. We talked to her the we arrived and a bit longer the day we left. She asked if we were coming back in the future. I stated yes. The room we had was 226, very clean and tidy. I am planning visit real soon. Krista needs awarded for her customer service, As long and Krista is at the Hotel I will come, I love her. You need more like her, Maryann Munday

My husband and I stayed at the KC Airport NW Plaza location for 2-1/2 months. The staff, including Pam, Crystal, and the other ladies and gentlemen who help keep things running and working properly, made our stay feel like we were at our permanent home. We can't say enough about the friendly service, everyone made us feel welcome. We highly recommend this location, and plan to stay here again when needed. J&L

I booked a room with two beds at the Forth Worth - Medical Center location. The morning of, I got a call from that location telling me they overbooked their two beds and they could only give me a King room. I said no, I need two beds, we have 4 people. The person on the phone told me they could give me a room at their sister location WHICH WAS NOT WHERE WE WANTED TO STAY and I said OK if you can honor the same rate. We were literally on the road driving from 5 hours away at this time. The guy said he'd call me back to make sure they could give me the same rate. He never did. I called a few hours later and he clearly did not remember he said he'd call me back. So fast forward and we end up at the City Centre location. There is no one at the front desk. There is a girl there waiting with a laundry basket in her hand. After about 5 min and ringing the bell a few times she says "good luck, I've already been waiting here 20 minutes" and walks off. We continue to wait. No one is there. We call out a few times. After a few more minutes I decided to call the front desk. A man answers, who is not actually at the front desk, and says "ok I'll be there soon. I am helping another customer". He immediately walks out of the storage closet with the extremely strong smell of marijuana. He checks us in. We get to our room which is absolutely filthy. It's falling apart everywhere. There's filth on just about everything in the room. We couldn't even sit on the chair because it had white stains all over it. It was a horrible experience. Had I known this would have happened, I would have booked somewhere else. I have booked Extended Stays many times and have never had anything like this happen. But now I will steer clear of them altogether.
