Love express! My favorite place to shop by far!! If I do run into problems with orders, I chat with a rep online and they amaze me with the way they fix so quickly. Beautiful clothes too❤️

I never have any complaints when I shop in the stores. I love their clothing and the staff is usually helpful and friendly. I haven’t had the same experience when shopping on their website. I recently placed an order and put all of the correct info in before signing into my account to get the shopper points for my purchase. After I was asked to sign in, everything referred to my old information, not realizing this, I placed the order and realized I needed to call to make the corrections to the billing and shipping info. She could not cancel the order or make corrections because it was already in process. Now I have to call the courier once it’s shipped so they can intercept the package. Then, I have had ongoing issues with their website and getting my password reset, I asked her if she could send a link since the “forgot password” function never seemed to do anything, I would never get a link. She said I should clear my cache and cookies, otherwise I’ll have to wait 5-7 business days for IT to manually send me a link. I let her know I didn’t mind waiting because nothing has worked so far. She said she sent a request, but just generally didn’t seem like she wanted to help. Who knows if she actually sent to request to IT. Again, I will continue to buy from the stores but it’s definitely more of a headache if you have to order online and make any corrections or changes.

I VISITED EXPRESS AT THE PARKS MALL IN ARLINGTON TEXAS AND THE SALES ASSOCIATE NAMED MARCUS HAS ONCE AGAIN WON ME OVER WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM, TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVER-ALL GREAT PEOPLE PERSONALITY! THIS YOUNG MAN REALLY MAKES ME LOOK FORWARD TO SHOPPING AT EXPRESS. PLEASE, SOMEONE FROM EXPRESS SHOULD REALLY COMMEND THIS YOUNG MAN AND RETAIN HIM AS HE IS DEFINITELY A VALUABLE COMMODITY. HE IS ALWAYS ALWAYS ASSISTING WITH A SMILE!

I've ordered from Express about six times in four months. All of them are online orders because I struggle finding clothes available in my size in the stores. Their products are actually really good. I switched from American Eagle to Express after liking the variety, sizing, designs, and deals. Their clothes have several different types of fabrics. Some are more breathable than others. They can be a little expensive to order from, but they do carry out good deals all the time. The best deal that they have is their additional discounted clearance sales. I bought $700 worth of clothes for only ~$200. Their fabrics don't really fade easily, like the custom printed shirts from RedBubble. Their designs are actually sewn into the fabric, so it will take a lot of wear-and-tear to actually notice a difference in the colors. Their jeans are more comfortable than AE because they have additional stretch. I wore $130 jeans in the past and Express matches that level of comfort and fabric type. They had a 2-pair for $99 deal, which is quite a lot, but these are very high quality and I could almost fall asleep with them on. Finally, their shipping times are very quick. Handling takes more time to ship, but when they send out the order (usually 2-3 days later), I occasionally see the order arriving the next day after receiving the email. On one occasion, the shipment email arrived late, but it just meant that the package was in transit and I wasn't hovering over the tracking number, waiting for it. The reason why I took off one star is (like most other reviews) the customer service can be a hit or miss sometimes. I had to contact them twice. Both times were to get Express Insider points fixed because I was missing some points, but both agents were apologetic and I had no issue talking to them. They offer live chat, but the feature must've been removed from their site because the button does nothing when you click on it.
