Stop charging me

In December, I was denied a $7,000 loan for a car. My credit rating was 807. I was at the dealer merely to sign as a co-signer so my daughter could afford a birthday gift for her 18 year old son. Another company's rating for me was 819 on that day. no loan!!! I had to come home and write a check. Although I am no Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos, I could by that rather cheap car 100 times over in a day, .I have tried to call you to find out why I could not get the loan. I can't get by your computer dragons. Please let me know why I am not a qualified borrower. Thank you. John Magill

I feel secure using credit lock from Experian. I like gettting notified when there are any changes.
