the products are good but customer service needs to be redone. there info doesnt show if produce it indica, sativa. or hybrid. i was on the phone for 30 min, no help called again next day almost 30 min again, no help. machine states will call back within 24 hrs. i need info now not 24 hrs later. service like this isn't worth how good the product is. another co has no shipping sells same products. with no mct, pg, vg. and no peg oil. this is a step towards leaving.

I had an order issue with Exhale Wellness. I am a long time customer and was a bit upset about the issue involving my payment method. As it turns out I decided to use the chat function and Judelle, the representative I chatted with was absolutely wonderful. She took the time and effort to reserve my issue quickly and followed up with me subsequently to ensure I was satisfied. All I can say is I'm glad people like Judelle work for Exhale Wellness. It makes me feel better about the company and their choices in hiring caring and responsible employees.

I ordered the Blackberry Kush and the OG Kush, I enjoyed them both. I also bought thier battery, the carts are not overflavered and give a nice mellow buzz that helps me sleep. The only con is very light oil like residue on the roof of mouth after vaping, this is common with other brands though. I highly recommend.

I would like to thank customer service for noticing that an order on subscription was currently out of stock. They fulfilled the order with a product that was in stock and the same quality as my subscription order. I love their products.

the flowers were so fresh and poweful pain reliever. Only one complaint and that is a small headache. i highly recommend you giving this a try. The pink runtz helps me . im a chronic pain sufferer and tried many other brands. disappointed every time. Finaly found a product that works. Worth every penny.
