The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Tracking Order Status

I rate Edinborough woolen mill products , however I am now limited to shopping with them online , I recently placed an order ,and paid extra for ‘ express delivery ‘ it initially came up Hermes next day , with a tracking number which was not recognised , easily explained , Hermes became Evri and although the tracking number was the same I was advised 2-4 days delivery ,that is standard delivery so why was I charged extra , I shall refrain from future orders until a more reliable courier company are employed !

I have been buying from EWM for years, and am lucky to have a shop in the next town. However, as other reviewers have said - there is no online customer service. For example, I emailed them about the length of a dress - and weeks later - there has been no reply. Why do I buy from them? They sell lined skirts at my length, which is 27". I haven't found any other online sellers offering lined skirts as standard. Many of the designs are for older people, but the classics are good quality, although I think they are over priced so I usually wait for their sale. If anyone from customer service reads this, which I somehow doubt from the other reviews, you have too much blue in your range! I am waiting for a large order to arrive - I paid for 2 - 4 days delivery - so hopefully it will arrive on time. Another thing, they sent me a voucher code, which I entered, but then I realised that I could get more money off from another online offer. That seemed very wrong to me.

My family supports a Christian charity which provides desperately needed daily items for refugees in Armenia. We therefore buy a lot of reduced-price clothes to send out there. The shop assistants in the EWM shop in Nantwich are always so friendly, supportive & helpful. On Thursday we went into the shop because there was a sale on, & the ladies went out of their way to find good value, warm items they thought might be suitable. After just having had a less-than-welcoming reception in a local bank, the attitude of the staff in EWM was very welcome - thank you!

Went in to your store on great george st plymouth.The staff in there are so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond for customer care.Val was so great looking for my size and length in trousers,then showing me tops that would go with them.She was also helping me to get the tops on and off without me telling her that my fibromalga was giving me lots of pain and I couldn't manage.The lady on the till was also very kind and has ordered me another top as they didnt have my size in store.

I would just like to say how pleased we were with the great service my wife and myself got in the Jedburgh woollen mill we bought gifts and had scones with jam and cream and coffee absolutely delicious the lady Amy in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for us what an asset for the mill Then we went to the shop and Sharon served us also a gem of a person couldn’t do enough for us Thank you Amy and Sharon great assets for the mill and thank you to the Mill We will definitely be back Johnnie and Gillian.
