EVRY JEWELS Tracking Order Status

I had ordered a personalized bracelet, which was going to take around 1 month to arrive. They had a manufacturing error with the bracelet, which caused it to be delayed for another MONTH. Then, when my package arrived, it was missing 2 pieces of items that I had also paid for along with the bracelet.

Great customer service! There was an issue with the shipment of my original order and I did not end up receiving it. I contacted customer service and by the next day they had shipped my order again free of charge and it arrived a few days later.

Customer Service is amazing!!! They respond so quickly and have such quick acting solutions for problems. I’ve had great experiences with all of my interactions with the Evry team!

I just received my order and I just wanted to give a big kudos for customer support. My item was out of stock and customer service texted me and helped me find a replacement. I’ve ordered from this company before and I will 1000% be doing it again… I received my package from them today, and it exceeded my expectations it was so amazing!!! And their packaging is amazing!!!
