Everything LED Tracking Order Status

This firm deserves five stars for its service recently. I bought 12 bulbs two and a half years ago. One of them failed a few days ago. I checked on the manufacturer's website and it showed that the warranty is three years. So I sent an email to Everything-LED. I expected to get a reply with some sort of excuse why the bulbs weren't covered. Instead, I received a package almost the next day with a replacement. I have to say, I am impressed.

Very happy with the items I ordered, delivered as ordered in a reasonable time frame. I would have given five stars if I had been able to log in to the account that I had to set up to order the the items in the first place, just to check the progress of my order. Or if the phone was answered or my voice message was responded to when I tried to check when the items may arrive.
