EveryDrop Tracking Order Status

My order was issued a FedEX tracking number after charging my credit card. I never received the items I purchased, and the fedex tracking number showed waiting for shipment, as if they never received it. Communication with Everydrop, stated I must wait7-10 days before they can issue refund to allow time for delivery. The fedex number THEY gave me showed that Fed Ex NEVER received the package to ship !!! Joke of customer Service BIG TIME !

Terrible company, avoid dealing with them. I could not update credit card information, and was told the order would be cancelled. So I signed up for another account, and they sent me TWO sets of filters. A year goes by, they said I'd be sent more filters, and I put it on hold. Still, I received an email saying they would ship me more filters, and I called right away and they said no problem, they would be cancelled. Then three days later, they sent me more filters. Calling back, they said I could return them after receiving an email, but an email was never received. So I have paid for filters for the next three years and cannot return them.

Potentially the WORST customer service on the planet. Tried to set up an account with Every Drop, Canadian website doesn’t recognize the postal code. Called for help, NOTHING customer service can do to help. Regret EVER buying a Maytag fridge, worst experience ever. Lesson learned, never again.

Can I rate everydropwater with a zero? This company sends filters by subscription, and to cancel is nearly impossible. I am now stuck with approx $150 of filters for refrigerator from house that was sold. All filters are untouched, in original packaging and have receipt for all of them. According to everydrop water they never expire, but everydrop refuses to allow a return. DO NOT EVERY SIGN UP FOR AN EVERYDROP SUBSCRIPTION!

While I have used everydrop filters for years and find them satisfactory, I usually purchase locally through lowes. This time I ordered from the everydrop website and it was a little cheaper. Today I discovered the difference. I ordered the filters 8 days ago and today they sent me a notice that the order shipped today. 8 days in-house to fill an order? Buy it locally, unless you don't need anytime soon.
