Ever Pretty Tracking Order Status

I’ve been shopping with EverPretty for a while now & with a wedding coming up there was no other Online Shopping experience I would trust more than with EverPretty - due to their lovely dresses & customer service experience! Always been happy with my products & I can’t thank the Customer Service team enough for helping me find my exchange package when I hadn’t sent proof of purchase, very quick and polite responses - extremely patient to my long emails HAHA!! Would really recommend EverPretty!!!

I ordered 3 dresses for my daughters wedding so that I could decide on a color and style, even though reading the reviews had me worried a bit on their return policy but I figured for the price, it was worth it. Soon as I placed my order I received an email from Mark stating it was received and being processed. A few days later I received another email from Ann with a tracking# and that my order was shipped. I received my dresses which were slightly big. I'm usually size 18-20 but ordered a 22 just to be safe. I was very happy with the quality and colors of each gown so I picked one and sent an email that I was returning 2 of them. I quickly got an email back stating they received my request and will be processing my refund soon as they received the post office tracking# (which i emailed to them and yes I had to pay shipping but it wasn't expensive at all) about a week or so after i shipped them back i received another email saying my refund was being processed and low and behold yesterday I received a deposit in my account from Ever-Pretty. Would I order from them again? Yes I would without hesitation because of their customer service and constantly staying in touch with me thru email. Made me one happy customer.

The dress itself wasn't the issue. But the customer service was so rude, i've never heard anything like it in my life. I have a wedding to go to in less than a month. I went to order a dress in a size 22, but the size chart popped up and said a size 28! which i thought was insane as usually I'm an 18/20, but I thought as it's coming from China maybe its smaller sizes. So I thought lets go halfway at a 26. It's so big its falling off me. I had to pay £8 for 2 weeks delivery!!!! Insane. AND it doesn't even come with a returns label. So I have to now pay to send it back through no fault of my own. I expressed my issues via the customer service chat and was told "just stick a piece of paper on the front and send it off. Its really quite simple." It's such a shame because the dress itself, whilst overpriced in my opinion, is perfect for what I'm looking for. Such a shame about the sizing, customer service and returns policy.

The dresses were nice but I ordered multiple styles as I couldn't decide. When I tried to return 2 of them I never even received a response to my request past the automated one. 225064 refused request id ORDER EPSITEUK177476

I bought three bridesmaids dresses and the colour and fit of the dresses is exactly what i was looking for. They dresses arrived exactly when they said they would. Also i had returned one dress as i no longer needed it and it was lost in the post, ever pretty still refunded me and said they would deal with it. I really appreciated the customer service. I definitely recommend.
