The delivery and the bike everything else is questionable

Amazing value on cycling clothes in their summer sale. Helpful service when I was selecting my bike.

Ordering our new bikes was a great experience. One of the bikes arrived and the box was very badly damaged, I contacted Evans who instead of sending out a replacement want me to take the bike to my nearest store which is over a 50 mile journey at all my own cost even thought the issue was either with their warehouse or the delivery company they use. This is not acceptable customer service.

After some initial poor advice on the sale of a bike, the shop took responsibility for their mistake and helped resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. The staff were receptive to my complaint and have fully corrected the issue with the sale. The complaints procedure could be more organised but the employees treat me as a person every time I spoke with them. I can say I am happy with the outcome of the sale and correction!
