Vacuum Cleaner Parts Store Tracking Order Status

The salesperson was extremely helpful with our order. However, the problem was that Sebo sent us a new vacuum which did not work. When I contacted evacuumstore, they referred us to a technician. I was asked for photos, which I then sent. The technician NEVER got back to us. As a result, when I called evacuumstore again, we were told to contact Sebo directly, who, in turn, sent us to a local store which handles the warranty. Ironically, we were sent a defective hose by Sebo, a rarity, and are awaiting resolution. At the price of this vacuum, there should have been no issues. If you buy from evacuumstore, be forewarned that they do not care about you once they have your money.

Ordered some Sebo air scent tabs - the order was a little slow to ship but arrived and is exactly as expected. Would order from evacuumstore again.

Hahaha, Sebo parts fit Kenmore Professional 12 series. I found everything I needed and it was shipped out to me right away. I would definitely recommend buying from evacuumstore.

This is my second Sebo central vac. I love the edge cleaner head. It is a well built vacuum. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I got it from evacuumstore.com and the wands for the floor attachment do not fit the handle. I have to use my wands from my first vacuum. It is a pain since my goal was to have an upstairs and a downstairs set…and I only got half a set.
