Good to see I couldn’t buy from them. This company specifically has Spanish web site. I clicked to there entered all my data then went to pay and I couldn’t find Spain in the drop down list of countries. Emailed them. They were quick to get back to say they don’t deliver to Spain. Some sort of scam. Given the import duties I’ll continue to give my local oculista my business. No saving buying on line.

I ordered my lenses on the 11/08/16 and was promised my first shipping early September, for my holiday on the 22/09/16. This shipping date has changed 3 times now and now I won't get them until October. I tried to cancel my order via customer service - oh noooo! Your order has been shipped?????? Where is my order???????? And, yes, you have to pay a customs charge when they are delivered. Free delivery but a processing charge is applied. Utter joke - WILL NOT BE USING THEIR SERVICE, AGAIN!!!! NO LENSES!!!! For my holiday on the 22/09/16. THANKS EUROLENS!!! Now having to wear 6 year old glasses with an out of date prescription, as I wear my contact lenses every day. Don't wear glasses. AGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Lanzarote - hear I come for my special 50th BIRTHDAY........ THANKS EUROLENS............

I ordered from eurolens because I didn't want to have to deal with the extra costs that come when shipping something from North America to the EU. However, despite the name, they ship it to you from the US (which costs them $20) which means it takes absolutely forever to get to you AND you are stuck with a customs bill (which was 30% of what I paid in total!). I am extremely dissatisfied and even tried calling the company, but they were unapologetic and unhelpful. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!

I bought two lens packages and it took more than one month and a half to arrive because they ship from the U.S.A. This also means you have to pay customs taxes, too. I expected that a site named 'eurolens.com' would ship from within the European Union. At the very least, they should say customer may pay taxes. They were very polite and quick to reply to my inquiries. They also reimbursed me entirely. I refused the package at the customs. I wish they get the goods back.
