Communication a bit off parr

It would be good if the customer could be informed that the delivery will come in so many shipments ( ie. Delivery one today and delivery of the remaining order tomorrow!) I'm not sure why the navigator paper boxes are so flimsy? I've ordered the same paper from other suppliers and the boxes are solid. I know we shouldn't be concerned about something we don't even use but it does make me wonder about the quality of the contents of the flimsy box! - just my opinion 🙃
