Eurail Tracking Order Status

I had to use 2 travel days instead of one at the advice of the local train staff because the direct connection (which would only use 1 travel day) was not available on the Eurail pass app. I did not actually use two travel days because I was on the same train throughout. I was unable to remove the additional travel day but I needed to remove within 2 days, in time for me to fly out of Europe. I contacted the Eurail team and they were extremely swift and responsive in helping me. Particularly a staff named Yvonne, who understood the urgency of my sitution dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently and made sure to reply as soon as possible. She clearly explained what documents she needed and always made it a point to clarify my concerns. Thanks to her and the team, I got the travel day added well in time and could continue my trip as per normal.

I am really pleased with using Eurail. The customer service team have been excellent. When I have emailed with my queries, they have responded to me promptly, with clear guidance in answering my questions. My trip is now all booked. Many thanks Eurail team.

I have been using Eurail Pass for quite sometime now whenever i travel to Europe.It has been my SAVIOUR in every way.Unfortunately 2024 june trip of mone gor halted in between due to emergency and i approached Eurail team for the same.Firstly excellent customer care team there respond to your emails very promptly in very short times and will be in touch with you until your issue resolves.Been from India i could say these people are providing the best service to the tourists who willing to explore Europe.I was provided satisfactory resolution to my issue and team has been very co operative.I hope to use Eurail always when i am in Europe.
