TundraFMP Tracking Order Status

We didn't get all the complete parts ordered at once. Somehow comp. try to charge our credit card 3 times but it was stopped. Thank God

The items that I chose arrived in a timely manner and were packaged very well, leaving no scratches on the surface. I will definitely order from Tundra again.

It would be great to have better communication from you. My latest order I had to inquire as to when to expect the item ordered, as my account on your website provided zero information (my previous order had zero info for months, that was frustrating). The rep was helpful, but I feel I shouldn't even of had to go out of my way to ask. She gave me a tracking number, then I had to do the legwork. Funny enough, I got an email that it had shipped out with that same tracking number two days after I received it.

Website said items ship within 1-3 days… but wait, that is only if there is an “IN STOCK” emblem on the item. Wouldn’t an “OUT OF STOCK” be much more clear to the customer? Upon talking to customer support a week after I placed my order I was told the items would be shipped in the following week. I canceled my order and ordered off Amazon. Thanks but no thanks Tundra.
