Schneller Kundenservice. Top! Ich habe bei meiner Bestellung aus Versehen die falsche Email Adresse angegeben. Auf meine Support-Anfrage via Mail wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden reagiert und die Tickets an die richtige Mail gesendet.

The e-ticket experience went well and the event was well organized. It would be great if the waste generated at the concert had been managed a bit better by placing recycling and waste containers in numerous and convenient locations. A reminder by the band to please place in beverage containers in recycling and waste in containers.

Site errors didn’t allow the transaction to go through UNTIL I requested the desktop site by using the option built into my phone. After that it went through immediately & confirmation email was immediately received. (The clickable desktop link on the site did not clear the error)
