Ethiopian Airlines Tracking Order Status

I'm proudly witnessing that ethiopian airlines employees are second to none. I was served tonight with very professional, humble and very comprehensive young employee called Ferid Bedru. I was amazed by his service. Keep it up ethiopian airlines hiring as many professional as Ferid Bedru.

I use the flight from Addis Ababa to Gondar, this is a domestic flight. They treat you as luggage and their cost of flight is huge.

I was angry and gave a bad review. Since following up I have discovered that Ethiopian had nothing to do with this. I have flown with them once before and they were very good.

Je viens de rentrer ce dimanche, et comme à l'aller, tout s'est bien passé, les 4 vols ont été à l'heure. Nos vols imposaient une nuit à Addis, nous pensions que l’hôtel fourni par la compagnie serait minable, alors que nous avons été logé dans un immense hôtel de luxe (lit de 2 mètres de large!), propriété de la compagnie, à 5 mn avec navette gratuite. Repas et petit déjeuner buffet offert. J'ai complètement changé d'avis sur cette compagnie, j'avais beaucoup de crainte sur un vol transversal Afrique, mais j'ai découvert un service pro, sur un Airbus A350.

Sono partito il 27 settembre 2022 con mia moglie è mia figlia per trasferirci in Sud Africa a parte il fatto che l aereo sembrava non fosse stato igienizzato da tempo memorabile.Questo non è il peggio...all'arrivo a Cape Town la valigia di mia moglie non si trovava più!Morale della favola,non voglio stare a raccontare ciò che abbiamo passato e come ci hanno trattato,una valigia persa si trova...una VALIGIA RUBATA SPARISCE.Da quel 27 settembre 2022 ad oggi 13 febbraio 2023 ancora aspettiamo risarcimento.Una cosa davvero VOMITEVOLE
