It's be great if you could actually talk to a service advisor in person rather than a bot....as your systems make it virtually impossible to speak to a representative in English... I've taken policies out with your company in the past due excellent advice from your staff in Glasgow however you've got to be lucky to speak to a service advisor in India at best.... Cancel the A. I. and go back to using human beings

My renewal was due on 10 th at £380 I’m use itch I located a renewal with esure flex for £298. I have my wife’s car also insured with ensure but was unable to view my insurance documents as the new computer system only allows one policy to view. I therefore had to ring an office to renew my insurance and was unable to change to flex without first cancelling my renewal and then reapply for my new insurance. This is extremely disappointing as I now can’t view my new insurance policy due to my wife’s policy being registered on my email address. Can anyone help and sort this mess out
