Exquisita las cremas, también compré oferta Cyber, no creo que sea culpa de la tienda hacer pedidos a última hora; debo decir que son pequeñitos los envases, pero las cremas son muy agradables, se nota una mejora en la piel, un aroma maravilloso, debería haber alguna con efecto botox, más económica. Bueno ahora tengo muchas cremas, la intense resset es espectacular, altiro mejora la apariencia del contorno de los ojos, los estoy disfrutando al máximo mis cremas y mis regalos que llegaron, son exquisitas!!!

This is one of my favourite cosmetic's brand ever. Never had a problems before but, it was a bit frustrating with my recent order, as I had to contact customer service few times in order my problem to be resoled. I spent quite long time to contact different departments and wait to resolve the issue, and finally I have my order in full.

Not sure if I will order. Especially after reading the reviews here. They sent me a promotional code WKND21 by mail for the first order, a 10% discount. but the code is invalid when you enter it. Further, I wanted to receive a free serum for the order of the same product for the promotion, but they write here that they may not put a gift for the promotion at all. And I also have a birthday in May, I was offered a gift. But you can only enter one discount code! Accordingly, my free serum simply does not get to me! That is, although I have a birthday and the company seems to be showing loyalty, but at the same time, my rights are absolutely the same as those who do not have a birthday! My birthday does not give any advantage. You either participate in the action, or simply receive three miniatures "as a gift". Very generous company!

they have always had good products. The item was cheaper on Amazon, but I read that shoplifting gangs resell on Amazon, especially for cosmetics. I did not want to be part of that. So I ordered off the E L website. After the item had shipped already, PayPal notified me that E L increased the charge by about two dollars. Not a big deal, but they should not do that. Charging more w/o permission when it is too late to cancel is not OK, even for sales tax, and even for such a small amount. After this, I will buy the cheapest E L product available, wherever it is sold. Because Amazon never does that.
