Essential Experiences Tracking Order Status

On searching around for holidays to Japan for Christmas, I was recommended to try Essential Experiences. I made contact with the customer service team who were very helpful in offering advice with some recent changes in travel restrictions post covid which were still impacting Japan at the time. They were also very helpful in providing flight and accommodation options. The trip was great and the booking information which detailed the flights, accommodation with maps etc was a nice touch. I used these as a reference point to stay organised as I stayed in multiple locations. The accommodation options are varied and can cater to all budgets. I was very pleased with ANA Airlines who I had not flown with before. The accommodation was all conveniently positioned and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be booking with Essential Experiences in the future after such a positive first experience.

Turkey was truly an memorable holiday! Given the current climate of the country & the natural disaster that did not take away from their kindness and hospitality. Very busy street that we stayed on so not the best if you're looking for a quiet get away but because I went with my family none of that truly mattered. The FOOD WAS AMAZINGGGGG! Like I'm still craving the grilled meat to this day. Would most defiantly recommend this travel agency to my friends

This is my 3rd time booking with essential experiences. They are awesome, there was a planned strike to the airport we were flying too and the team sent us an email 5 days prior to the day of the booking to let us know and gave us all the contact details of their support team incase we needed to reach them our incase of any problem with our flights.
