Customer service was great. I was changing my phone and installed eSIM cannot be transferred to the new phone, so they offered me a free eSIM to install on my new phone.

2GB /5 Tage Istanbul we have been traveling on the european side for 5 days and i had always internet.

Stay away from this company especially if your are visiting Barcelona, the connection is unstable and slow to the point that you can even have a conversation via WhatsApp without video. Seems to originate from Poland. Revision: I may have discovered the culprit. The reason for my intermittent connection was probably something to do with 4g and LTE network, after disabling these the connection stabilized, I wish I knew that and would have done it in advance, or at least informed about it.

16/8/2024 Esim4 salvo cambiamenti per ora di solo 2 stelle in quanto ho comprato il pacchetto Europa, il prezzo sembra buono, ma la pecca che sembra che ha scatti anticipati da circa 40 MB a connessione, fate attenzione al consumo dati scala veloce, peccato perché pagarla con pay pal è stato facile altrettanto istallarla, suggerisco che le connessioni internet venissero conteggiate singolo kbyte, così esim4 sarebbe il top. Aggiornamento In data 23/8/2024 ho riprovato a collegarmi e a fare un semplice speed test di circa 15 secondi, mi ha consumato esattamente 134,35 MB, quindi presumo che è una esim che consuma dati a scalare scatti anticipati molto importanti in MB. Riproverò entro il 16/9/2024 per eventuali aggiornamenti.

Really bad internet speed, and not to mention constant disconnections (every few minutes), so you're unable to watch any kind of video content. Have used their e-sim, in Bosnia & Hercegovina, at the begining of August, 2024.
