ESE Direct Tracking Order Status

What an absolute farce. Unable to deliver the products at the promised lead time, had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for the delivery. Delivery driver told me there was a fourth box on the way which never arrived. On opening the three boxes discovered that shelves were delivered but no legs. ESE direct are refusing to correct the situation because too much time has passed. Quite happy to let me wait though. Avoid this company at all costs they do not supply anything that you can’t get from a reputable trustworthy customer oriented supplier

OK so I ordered some cones online 2 piece cones advert was misleading, thought I was buying 4 traffic cones turns out I was buying 2 part single cones (if that makes any sense) basically ordered what I thought were four cones got two cones. Sent an email, First i recieved a Dismissal then after a complaint about the crappy reply got a decent & considered email. And two complimentry traffic cones were sent in the post next day So honestly not that bad, they were quite good sorted issue out and done. Stars??? probably 3+ for being OK . Didnt want 2x2 piece cones wanted 4 cones and only got what I thought i was ordering after making a complaint.. company seems OK though so yeah not bad.. Hope that helps.
