Escentric Molecules Tracking Order Status

I had an issue with a product I purchased. I got in touch with Escentric customer support to help deal with my issue. I was contacted by Isabella who helped me deal with the issue. She was very professional who knew her products inside and out. Very helpful. Within a few days my issue was sorted and I was more than satisfied with the outcome. I ordered a discovery set for my mum's Christmas present, which was marked as delivered by DPD (Escentric's delivery partner). However, upon speaking to some neighbours, the package appeared to have been stolen by the DPD driver and I never received it. I contacted Escentric immediately and received excellent customer service from Isabella who offered either a refund or a replacement item. Having lost all confidence in DPD's ability to find my flat, I even requested that Escentric send the replacement to my mum's address, which they were able to accommodate. The replacement arrived only 5 days after the initial parcel was lost/stolen. I'm really impressed with this and feel very grateful that it has been resolved in time for Christmas!
