This company is truly shocking. My item went missing in transit. EQVVS tried to shift the blame on me, refusing to refund or help. So, explain this. The bag I ordered from you weighs 605 grams (confirmed with the manufacturer) The empty and tampered package you sent me has a recorded weight when you shipped it of 450 grams (including all packaging) Please can someone explain how a 605 gram package plus packaging only weighed 450 grams when you shipped it? The label is there in black and white - 450 grams. I reported to you that my item was missing. You said that it's not your problem. None of this makes sense, I just want my money back. You have clearly messed up or Royal Mail have messed up. I don't want to hear your lame excuse that "I accepted the parcel and therefore it's my fault" The parcel I received looked fine at first glance so don't try and deflect the blame on me for your fault. I don't care that you said "you shipped it" so it's "not your problem anymore". I am not stupid. The item I ordered has a weight of 605 grams and the item you sent and packaging had a weight of 450 grams. I estimate the weight of box was 200 grams. So are you trying to tell me that the handbag I ordered was only 250 grams? A 605g handbag plus packaging should have a weight of around 800 grams. There's a huge discrepancy. I want my money back, I want a full refund. You have screwed me over now for weeks. Your customer service is dire.
