I'm concerned about my order having read the recent reviews about orders taking over a month to arrive, and not having any response for 3 days since I replied to a query asking whether the items I'd ordered were the correct sizes/colours. The order is almost £900 worth of riding gear for myself and a couple of friends for our holiday of a lifetime in a month's time, and I'm now wondering if we'll get our items in time :(

I placed an order on the Equus website on 20th July, received an order confirmation, but have received nothing since. I've left two voicemails, completed a contact request via the website, and emailed Customer Services. I've received no communication whatsoever, and currently wonder if the company have just taken my money without any intention of fulfilling my order. I wouldn't even mind so much if it was for me, but it was for my son's 13th birthday, which was on 30th July. Really upset.

Terrible despatch times and when chased you just get fobbed off. Website states despatched within 5 working days,my order was ordered at the beginning of July and still not received or despatched .

Disappointed with this company - I ordered items and received wrong 😑 sizes after being assured correct size would be sent and then at the same time ordered a top and some stable disinfectant 11 days ago - still no despatch , no answer to my messages, no E-Mail response apart from confirmation correct items would be sent. I left messages on their answerphone as they don’t call back - reported to Klarna and cancelled order altogether now ! I won’t waste my time and money again with them — most disappointing 😫 !!! I am now happy to report that part of my order has arrived and a full size bonnet received with the stable disinfectant powder today . As far as I am aware Elena has confirmed the remainder of the order is being refunded back to Klarna . Thank you for dealing with this ultimately. It is just a shame I had to chase understandably , not being able to get through and talk to anyone is also frustrating as am sure you can appreciate . I have altered the star ⭐️ rating now to 3 ⭐️⭐️👏from 1 ⭐️ to reflect your efforts to resolve this matter and changed the headline “Disgusting” to mere “disappointing” - kind regards June Hayden

I have edited my review as agree with equus- think it was a Royal Mail issue.. but maybe worth looking into a different courier service for this reason? It still did take 3 wks. Thank you for reply though.
