Such a disappointment. I needed a branded notebook for an event - I went through the entire process, got the proofs, paid for rush service with a guaranteed delivery date that THEY CONFIRMED. Only to receive an email 3 days later that it was out of stock….now I can’t even get it in time from another vendor even with rush service. Worst possible experience. Will NEVER use again.

I ordered 100 journals and reordered them. I was told to give Chandrell my shipping address and I told her I needed them right away. she responded asking for the new artwork and I responded it was the same. she never got the response and never followed up. Now they are too busy to get my order to me in time. I am so disappointed.
