punctual technician, willing to help with FIT meter reading, reset electric clocks. Took photo of FIT meter as promised reader and checker has not yet come.

Engineer arrived on time and was very polite and efficient .He explained how to use the smart meter and was helpful regarding saving energy

Friendly professional engineer, very polite. Knew his job. I was working from home and apart from the electric going off which I was Aware of I wasn't disturbed at all.

The gentleman installing our meter notified us of the time he would be attending, was prompt, proficient and extremely courteous. He also answered the questions we asked. Excellent in all aspects.

General day to day stuff all is good.. The website is simple to use and changing Tarrifs simple What doesn't work is when your Smart meter goes wrong.. You have to go through what I'll call a middle man.. You can't contact them directly. So u have to wait for a call from an unknown number to arrange a repair.. I've had 3 attempts at repairing the failed gas smart meter.. Well the experience was hilarious.. 1st attempt guy had to call office for work approval which was rejected.. So customer ie me has to call middle man again explain why it wasn't fixed and wait again for a call from an unknown number Conclusion after 3 call outs is it's not fixed.. I gave up and manually now give my gas reading
