The lady we spoke to on the phone to make the order was extremely courteous and very helpful.

Good initial customer service, professional and friendly but an over order from EnviroBuild side took quite some time to resolve.

Clear communication from the sales rep

SENTINEL CLADDING. We installed sentinel cladding on the front of our house. In dry weather it looks great. In wet weather it looks awful. I can supply photos if required by anyone.

Oak composite decking boards are a much different colour to the sample we received in June. The decking boards are a different colour to the decking corner trims, edge boards and fencing items ordered on line. Enviro Build checked to see if 50 oak composite decking boards were in stock closer to the colour of the other oak composite items delivered, insufficient boards were available. Enviro Build then offered a return-refund option. Apart from the colour difference we were pleased with the other qualities of the composite decking and fencing products received. If the colour had been closer to the sample and the other items received a 5 star rating would have been given. It seems like the oak composite decking was from an entirely different batch to the other items. It is surprising that enough boards were not available to exchange for this 20 square metre order. I would order oak fencining items again but not the oak decking and would not recommend the oak composite decking to others
