Entirely Pet Pharmacy has been nothing but prompt and very helpful with my prescriptions. They are courteous enought to call and remind me when it's time to renew. Their prices are very much cheaper than my Vets Office. I appreciate the courteous reception when i need to speak with them. I give them a 5 star rating. Were it possible, i would give them more.

Entirely pets advertises different discounts, but when you check out you will find that it may not be what you expect. The information you need, to know how their discounts work is hidden in a tiny asterisk link. Once clicked, I had to scroll down 13 screens to get that info. I was ordering a product with an "instant 10%" discount. They also had a Black Friday code discount of 20%. They will not give both discounts, yet is does not say that where they advertise the discounts nor does it let you know what they did at check out (eliminating one discount). It only shows the actual amount of the discount offered. Do your Math! The company does have a very tiny asterisk after the Black Friday sale code, but you need to know to click on it and it takes you to a page that will first show lists of product exclusions it will not work for. Then if you scroll down 13 screens, it says that only one promotional offer can be used at a time. Yet, I did not need to put a code in for the first 10% off, so I did not think of it as a promotion. This whole presentation is at the least, a deceptive practice. They are hiding this information as most people probably won't calculate what the discount should have been. In my case it was a $22 difference in the pharmacy. Two final notes: (1) Every time I went back to look at the product page and returned to check out I had to re type in the Black Friday code. (2) I have done business with them prior and their products are fine. I just don't like to be deceived.

I ordered a couple of Elizabeth collars because it was a great price. My mistake was that I got the size wrong (too small for my GSD). I asked about options and the cust. serv. response was its a nonreturnable item. No attempt to help me order a new one or even ask about the mistake. Quite apathetic.

On Sept 2023, I ordered an ointment for my puppy's eye along with some treats. It was a simple order and I received all I purchased. I've been on the - merchant shamelessly short changed me- side more than I should. So when a merchant does their job and shipped all I bought, it should be shared with skeptical customers. I, like many other pet owners, found this pharmacy while searching for discounted pet meds. Pet meds continue to increase in price every few months and it’s gotten ridiculous. I was able to get Bravecto for my dogs cheaper than I would have with Chewy or their actual vet. I actually saved about $70 on 4 chews. I see a lot of negative reviews about lack of communication, but EntirelyPets actually went above and beyond with my order. They actually reached out to my vet for the prescription authorization several times before I had to step in. My vet’s office was actually the one holding up progress. I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was super polite and super helpful, and once I provided the info that they needed, they reprocessed and shipped my order super quickly. They also didn’t charge me until They actually shipped my order. I hope that this review helps someone else save a bit of money on their next order. I had a really pleasant experience with them and appreciate their patience with my vet’s office.
