Entertainment Earth Tracking Order Status

I spoke with Donald this morning about an order placed in July. I was angry at first but Donald stepped up and not only took care of the situtation but was the nicest person I have spoken to at EE. I was about to just cancell the order but did not even have to get that far. I would suggest that you use Donald in any ordering needs.

Called to check on a cancellation of some items and Donald helped me cancel those items and add new ones so I could keep the free shipping promotion. Very helpful and considerate. Saved me a lot of time and headache. Thank you.

The gentleman that I spoke with was incredibly nice and professional. I had an issue with free shipping not appearing on my order, and in a matter of seconds he had the problem rectified. This is the first time I have dealt with Entertainment Earth customer service and I could not be more pleased. He is a wonderful representative for your company!

Recently attended San Diego Comic Con and had the pleasure of dealing with Donald behind the counter. He was extremely people oriented and exceptionally understanding. I had perhaps the best customer service of the entire con with him! Way to go Donald! Keep up the amazing work :)
