Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Tracking Order Status

I've used the Hereford branch of Enterprise a few times now and every time the staff have been really friendly and very helpful and good hire rates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Enterprise Hereford branch to anyone locally who needed to hire a car or van. Many thanks all 👍

Hello my name is Hala and I’m a pharmacist , I had a car from enterprise Gatwick airport on the 26th of April and I had the best service I had a very reliable car that was so comfortable especially as I had to drive 5 and a half hours each way to Nottingham and back . I was welcomed by a very enthusiastic , welcoming and hospitable manager called David which went the extra mile to accommodate , a great asset to the company , also the rest of the staff were so lovely . Such an amazing service

I have never had any trouble after renting cars and vans off this company for years from the Cardiff and other south Wales depots. The only issue I have ever had is a bit of arm twisting on paying for more insurance cover/excess protection. If you are a confident driver and know how to look after a car you won't need this anyway. I never have.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The process was straightforward, with no fuss. They did everything they said they would and nothing was too much trouble. The rental was returned earlier than expected, so they even went the extra mile to reimburse me for additional costs. The only thing I would advise them to do is to try to ensure the car is fully checked for any problems and overall cleanliness before allowing it to be hired out. The car was clean enough 9/10. Overall I was happy with the service I received and would use enterprise again.
