This is a High Quality product which became apparent the minute I had opened the well secured package. It is even better than I thought it would be. Even when I had questions, the customer service are always there if not they get back ASAP and fully answer ! The attention to detail, the high quality and all the easy to follow instructions. I love it and the App helped set it up to get the correct size and colour to match the study. I also bought the pins and had the pleasure of placing thme in all 100 UN membervstate countries visited. ( San Marino flag pin was missing but was in the free flags you provided ) - I only discovered the smaller parts had stickers on the back but you probably told us that somewhere in your detailed notes, I was just impatient to get started to be honest. I have told your story to other travellers and a Ukrainian traveller who reaches 35K people asked for the details recently to put it out there. Brilliant I'm so pleased with it Thank you keep up the great work !

Bought, received quick, easy instructions, dont trust the glue on the smaller pieces for non flat surfaces. Use the 2sided elastic things. i had accident with dog thate ate a few islands and they helped me out for free by sending a copy of them. 10/10

The design and style of the world map is truly top grade. I purchased a large LED map which looked fantastic when installed. Unfortunately there was a problem with the LED lighting system and "EnjoyTheWood" was very responsive and provided great service to help resolve the issue. The map is now remounted and looks amazing. Will highly recommend the company and products and I will definitely be purchasing another (larger size) map in the very near future. Thank You.

I ordered the 2XL Prime World Map with LED lighting with a US power supply. The wood work is incredible, so if you are not ordering with lighting you will be very happy (and with the lighting even happier now that my type of issue has been fixed by a redesign). I hesitated to give 5 stars given my experience, but the customer service I received has been the best I ever had and I am very happy with the final result even though it took awhile to get it (6 months from initial order placement to hung on my wall in perfect working order). The first map I received had color variation in the LEDs. I'm decently technical so I tried to debug all the connections and wiring but no luck in fixing. Yuliya was helpful and patient in working through this issue with me. They sent me out a completely new map at no additional charge to me. Unfortunately, that too was discolored in exactly the same way. Doing some further debugging and reordering of the pieces, and knowing US voltage is half that of most other countries (120v vs 240v), including Ukraine where the product is made, we presumed it was due to power drop over the dozens of feet of LED strips towards the end. They did production testing on their end to reproduce the problem and design a fix to run additional power to a second point in the map. They sent me this third improved map which worked perfectly and looks amazing. Hopefully they have now accounted for this type of issue with power supply in LEDs on the larger maps on lower voltage power so no one else has this issue. But if you do have any issue at all, rest assured, this company has the best customer service I have ever had anywhere in my entire life, and they will do everything they possibly can to make it right.
