My experience with Enjoy Flowers has been fabulous! My children have sent me a subscription for my yearly birthday and Xmas gift. The flowers are consistently gorgeous, fresh, and long lasting. The best gift I’ve ever received.

Tried once, that was enough...UPDATED

I appreciate their attempt to deliver fresh colorful flowers, but for $62.00 (I placed a one that me bouquet order), it was mostly filler with very few colorful or unusual flowers. I could do better at my local grocery store or my local florist. It’s a great concept, but it was disappointing. So I will not be ordering again as a regular subscriber. UPDATE: to FIVE STARS The company contacted me and is sending a new arrangement. I truly appreciate their effort to please their customers, I was completely surprised and grateful for their caring and professional attitude. I plan to use them again in the future, keep up the good work!😊👍😊👍

our 1st shipment came, probably the best arrangement I've ever seen lasted almost 2 weeks 2nd one was delayed because of huge storms , arrived late and was not perfect, but customer service stepped rights in and added a free delivery to the end of my subscription could not be happier with "Enjoy Flowers"

Think twice before prepaying for their monthly subscription delivery

I gifted a 3 month subscription bouquet to my wife for Christmas. The first bouquet arrived as scheduled in early January. Nice but nothing special. It’s now mid-February and I’ve heard nothing more from the company except weekly solicitation emails from them about other ‘specials’, etc. When I contacted them I was told they are ‘sorry’ but they were sold out because of Valentines Day. Seriously!! I prepaid for the delivery in December. ——- I received a nice reply from the company responding to my public review but neither their public reply nor the email the refer to in their reply has responded to my issue. I prepaid for monthly flower deliveries that have not been fulfilled and their replies give me no confidence that they ever will be. They state in their reply that all is fine but when I log into my account it still says “unscheduled “.

Second shipment of three - decided to cancel

I just received my second shipment of a 3 month subscription and decided to cancel. I LOVE having fresh flowers around and thought a subscription would bring some needed joy and color to our quarantine, but the flowers (although fresh & delivered on time) are not really of an exceptional variety. The first delivery contained a good assortment and I was looking forward to this second delivery, but this second one was really basic. Mostly roses, a few eucalyptus stems and that was about it. Nothing special. Nothing I couldn't pick up at the local grocery. I would have thought they would try to "WOW" me for these three subscription deliveries in hopes of securing a longer subscription length, but I guess not.
