England Store Tracking Order Status

Unlike others , :( , I’ve had no issues, ordered England home match shirt with next day delivery, shirt arrived next day, no complaints! I did worry though after ordering and then reading these reviews! I wonder if people aren’t allowing enough time when ordering bespoke names numbers ? Either way very happy ! Come on England!!!!!!

Placed an order in the evening but entered wrong size shirt. Delivery due in 10days so phoned following day three times speaking to Guy called 'Promise' He said we could cancel and get a refund. Asked if possible just to change the sizes. The following day, he called to say that this was not possible and that I could not now cancel the order. I should be grateful he called me back after seeing all the other reviews posted. Don't expect a response but someone should be looking at this Company selling official England merchandise, can't be giving a positive image.

Ridiculous postage costs Ordered an England T-shirt for £15 and was amazed to see postage costs of £4.95 PLUS a £1.99 "handling fee"??? £6.94 postage!! Apparently was getting delivered Saturday in time for the match but the (utterly and always dreadful) Hermes claimed I wasn't in - a total lie! I've just wasted over an hour of my life trying to get through to a human at Hermes that I will never get back. England will either be out of the Euros, or won it by the time I get this shirt!! In fairness the t-shirt has now arrived but my views on the postage cost still stands! 46% of the value of the shirt to post it is frankly not on.
