Stone Refurb Tracking Order Status

I bought an A grade laptop from Stone Refurb, not knowing what to expect as I have never bought refurbished items prior to this. When my laptop arrived originally it had quite a few scratches underneath, around the edges and the outside casing which I wasn’t happy with considering it was listed as A grade (almost new). I emailed the customer services team and had a reply within 24 hours. Rebecca was fantastic and had a new one sent out within 3 working days from my original complaint. The customer service was 5*, polite and efficient which is all you can ask for! When the new laptop arrived it still had some scratches at the base. I have now accepted this is what A grade is considered as so if it’s your first time buying refurbished don’t expect it to look ‘as new’. However, considering the price of the device I guess this is to be expected. Overall I would recommend as the prices and customer service are 5 star but I would just advise that even A grade items may have scratches. Update: After sending photos of the scratches to Rebecca I was then offered a £15 refund. I can’t praise the customer Service department enough!

We have bought a number of machines from them for our charity, which have been ok, but the latest one ordered is a dud. Fair enough problems happen, but customer service was indifferent and it is frustrating we have had to pay the postage and insurance to return the item. May not use them again

Laptop is scratched up on the outside a fair amount but the keyboard/mousepad and screen are perfect and for the price i paid it was a fair compromise, I've booted it up and being using it with no problems.
