I've used the Empress Mimi customer service a few times and I'm always impressed by how fast and efficient they are, not to mention their kindness. Last week I needed to make changes to my subscription, so used the chat box, but then got busy elsewhere so didn't see the response until a bit later. Jezza had very quickly responded and input the change I had requested, and left a lovely message to confirm it was all done. Only wish all companies I buy from had that level of service..!

Jezza really went out of her way to help when I made an order and forgot to update my address. She got it all squared away for me and I really appreciate her help. The product are outstanding and my girlfriend absolutely loves them all!

Ordered a corset I needed by 5/14, but there were no express shipping options. Emailed asking if there was anything I could do and Jezza promptly replied and she gave me the link to track it. My corset arrived today with over a week to spare and the not only is it beautiful, even the packaging is! I love everything and they were so kind and helpful!
