Not being kept up to- date with my order and then having to chase it. Nearly missed the event because of it!

The 3 mugs were exactly as pictured on the website, really attractive & good value. The mugs were packaged extremely carefully to avoid breakages. The service was so prompt, I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you very much.

I had trouble to add the discount at checkout. Otherwise everything was good.

Although 1 of my Coronation mugs was broken on arrival the refund was dealt with very swiftly once I had managed to send a photo of the broken mug
