I ordered 4 dining chairs from Emfurn in June of '22 and paid over a $1000 USD. They have yet to be delivered as of 1/20/23. Very disappointing.

If this could be a zero it should be! We ordered a table in September and were promptly offered a product that was close but not the same due to the one we wanted was backordered. We agreed to wait until January as discussed with Francis but when paypal posted the charge in full for a jewlry store in CA we disputed the charge since it was not Emfurn. Within a few hours someone from Emfurn responded by email in a rather nasty way that we damaged their reputation with such dispute and has now continued on to say they cancelled the order and stated they "were not running a charity".WOW- not only does this company need to address paypal's merchandise listings but also get an attitude readjustment! What company holds a full fee for merchandise that is "promised" in January but isn't delivered yet and sends nasty emails without having the guts to identify the person sending them? NOTE- there was no expectation of having the order fulfilled for free- the charge would have been reactivated. Due to this company’s response I would not order anything from them and I would definitely never expect to be a “charity case”. Very poor customer service skills

Horrible customer service. They will steal your money and tell you that you had buyers remorse when you just want the correct product.

I ordered chairs in a color that didn't end up working for me. Danny couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I was able to exchange the chairs for a different color and Danny helped me arrange to get them quickly (in time for a company). Thank you!

Really a great experience with Emfurn! They respond in a timely manner and answered all my questions. I'm really satisfied with their friendly customer service people. Furniture pieces are great. I highly recommended the Emfurn.
