Despite the awful reviews here, I had a pretty good experience with the website. I ordered a couple pods and a bottle of juice and the post office had a mix up which led to my original package being shipped back to the sender. I reached out to customer service and they gave me the option of store credit, refund, or package being re shipped. I chose to re ship it and they sent out a new package within the same week at no cost to me. Pretty fast response time and I was honestly surprised they made it that easy for me especially with the reviews I’ve read. Shoutout to Renzo & Nathan from customer service for helping me out.

Fake puff bars, paid for 1-3 day shipping and it took about a week for them to get here

I love this place, my go to for everything vape! Shipping is free and fast, good selection. Customer service responded within minutes. Only thing I would say to improve on is their phone lines get busy and is sometimes hard to call for immediate help.
