Awful. I have requested to cancel my subscription, tried to contact them, and they still charged me today for a recurring shipment. All of my cancellation requests are listed as pending even though I submitted them like a month ago. Last week they emailed me saying that my next shipment was coming in, and I tried to contact them and tell them I didn’t want the products anymore. I can’t get them on the phone, nor are they responding to my messages. Do not buy from here! Their products are good but their customer service is terrible! I have no way to stop them from charging me as they have my card details and I cannot delete them. This is just ridiculous. Update: they resolved this issue and refunded my money, thankfully! I won’t be buying from them again, though.

These have been the best gummies I have purchased so far! The intensity is amazing! Will definitely purchase again. Be prepared for the blue razz to have a bit of a bitter taste, but it is easily surpassed. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Received 2/3 of my order. I ordered (3) bottles of gummies on 7/3/24. After a delay in shipping and having to reach out SEVERAL times to customer service, I only received (2) bottles two weeks later, with a promise of the third bottle being shipped about a week later. Never happened. Got tired of reaching out several more times and just disputed the remaining amount with my cc company, and I was refunded immediately. Chris from customer service was helpful and even acknowledged my frustration, which was nice of him. He didn’t have to do that, as he’s not responsible for stocking and shipping etc. He was also transparent about the reasons for the delay in shipping. Nonetheless, pretty disappointed in how the company is conducting business, regardless of the current issues they are having. When customers pay, and the amount is posted immediately to your cc, and you’re left waiting and waiting, with no one from the company reaching out to you first to explain the delay, well, that’s just bad business. ***Update- 8/3/24 I ended up receiving the rest of my order as promised by Chris. He made it happen, and as the face of customer service, he’s been terrific! I will order again soon because trust in the company has been restored. Thanks for everything, Chris!

After 10 days had passed from when I made my order, I had neither received the products nor any status update. I sent messages to the company by email and via the contact page; no response at all. Very disappointing. And an update: okay, so communication wasn't the best initially, but the product did arrive and it's excellent! A nice smooth draw, very good effects, and I definitely recommend them.
