Elephant in a Box Tracking Order Status

The couch is comfortable. The couch is durable. The shipping was quick. The customer service was responsive. The couch needs to be readjusted about once a week to keep things, well looking like a couch. The Velcro is holding, but it seems the back panels of the couch pop out, so I have to redo it. One other note, the couch smelt like smoke-not cigarette- but camp fire upon arrival. I had to use some baking soda and sprinkle it on the surface and then use a vacuum to get rid of the odor. Products designed to eliminate odors by spraying had no effect.

I find it a very cool idea that has a great sustainability in it. It took a huge effort to reach that design. The finishing needs some improvements as in any new technology. I see the saving in trees cut and in the CO2 consumption of transportation. Super easy to assemble compared to IKEA products.

The back pillows need more filler. I will be adding filler from my other pillows. Otherwise I’m very pleased with the product. Thanks Elephant in a Box
