Your shipping has gotten better and better! I love that you can follow the tracking and now every time I know just about how long it’s going to take at each point along the way. It has gotten quite a bit quicker as well. My only problem was once the delivery person said it was delivered. So I went searching and I found it down across the street behind the mailbox down by the lake. Not even anywhere near the house. I did not contact you because it was not your fault and it never happened again. 👍

Easy to shop website. Received my package days before it was guaranteed, although they did not send an email that it had shipped. Product works as advertised. Only real problem is when trying to register the product, the serial number is scratched and can't be registered. Not sure now if I was sold a counterfeit or not?

The vape battery showed up in a timely fashion. Arrived in tact. Works better than my water pipes for flower. I would definitely buy another if this one stops working.

Better trucks took over two weeks to deliver my package with little to no communication. They falsely claimed “attempted delivery” multiple times due to not actually having my package on the vehicle.
