Sono cliente Elegoo da qualche anno, ho comprato diverse stampanti e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo. Purtroppo l'ultima stampante che ho acquistato aveva dei problemi, ma il supporto della Elegoo è stato fantastico! Hanno risolto il problema in pochi giorni lasciandomi addirittura sorpreso da tanta efficienza. Consigliati sia per i prodotti che per l'assistenza!

Great purchase, bought my first printer here , didn't take much to arrive, arrived in perfect condition the only complaint is sometimes the client support takes a while to reply but besides would recommend and I'm buying até Elegoo again

Really happy with Elegoo - my product was faulty, but they sent me spare parts immediately and were really polite and professional. When it still couldn't be fixed and I asked for a replacement they offered me my money back right away as they didn't have any stock available in country. The funds were back in my account within 5 days. I wish I purchased more from Elegoo and didn't purchase anything ever at all from Anycubic.

Excellent and prompt customer service fora tricky field. 3d printing isn’t easy and it’s still new and many competitors have horrific customer service. Elegoo is the exception. They’re prompt, practical, friendly and effective.
