Im really disappointed as have ordered from this company previously and have never had any problems. This time I ordered some more rose compost as last time it was great but my parcel got delivered to the wrong area. Fed ex and electrical world were very helpful in tracking down the parcel and thanks to the fed ex man he found my parcel and re delivered it to the right address. When I opened up the compost to pot up my rose the compost was absolutely awful I have never seen anything like it before. It doesn’t even look like compost. So disappointing and nothing like the bags I have had in previous orders!! Makes me unsure whether to order from this company again which is a shame!

I needed some help in selecting the correct product. The customer service team Emmeline and Seana were very responsive and helpful. I ended up with the right product and it looks great.
