Many of the 'matches' are fake. Requesting a refund after 3 days realising this I was ignored and then had the withheld payments sent to a debt collector. This company is incredibly dodgy and not at all genuine or honourable. Stay away from them and stick to other dating sites that are free and offer better and more genuine profiles. This company is purely about making money!

They don’t provide any function to block people. The site is overpriced, taking into account that they automatically charge you for 6 months. There are better sites like J4Dates.com which is cheaper (there are no overcharges and no auto-renewals there). They have proper screening and verification and, therefore more genuine and serious women. I like it better because value my time. By the way, Eharmony’s personality test appears to be another time-waster. It’s completely useless. I was matched with people who didn’t fit my search criteria at all. My matches were either ridiculous or unresponsive. Eharmony isn’t helpful at all. Useless service!

This site has many great features compared to other dating apps, but the biggest problems with your site are the costs - You are much more expensive than similar dating sites. $660/yr is ridiculous. (Maybe advertise a little less) - And the other is the location information for matches. Let me explain. If I get chatting to someone between 20km and 50km away, that is a huge difference! It's the difference between travelling 25 minutes to meet someone and well over an hour depending on where they are. This is a deal breaker for me and I should be able to know this before I start chatting to someone, and not after. If you aren't going to just have the postcode shown, like you once did, maybe have 5km increments. I understand that you do this for privacy, but no nutcase is going to find someone in a 5km radius. It would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. For people looking for love locally, I also suggest lowering the minimum range from 20km. Lastly, no other reputable dating app makes the user email to cancel the membership. I think you only do this with the hope that people don't realise it to steal some extra money from people.

I've paid a subscription for eharmony twice now, once 9 years ago and the last time being 2022. The only positive I found was that you get less weirdo's but I always find a lack of matches. I also think the company must be struggling as I really felt they were more interested in taking my money than anything else. I've decided after trying a few dating sites that this one is just not worth the $$$'s.

I was a bit hesitant getting on here but I’m glad I did as I met my soulmate. We been together just over 2 years & getting married next year. I’ve spoken to Wunmi from eharmony & she is a wonderful person & great to deal with.
