Edinburgh Airport Tracking Order Status

The removal of the courtesy bus without providing an adequate, safe walkway to the terminal building has left the long stay car park a fairly substandard option. This is repeated over and over in these reviews and nothing has been done to address it.

Great value parking, but the distinct lack of directions to the terminal is a huge issue - I personally saw many people aimlessly walking around unsure of where to go - the same must be said for the return walk from the terminal, there is no clear indication of where you are meant to walk to get back to the long stay….

Very easy to use and helpful staff on hand to help if needed would definitely recommend to family and friends

A very pleasant experience, especially travelling with kids. Easy to find. Would highly recommend and we will be using this again.

Easy access to multi storey parking but only have two criticisms 1. We paid for this facility to ensure under cover parking to protect us from inclement weather prior to entering the terminal and we’re fortunate to obtain the only vacant space left on the four floors Had we not, we would have been left with no alternative but to park on the top floor which is uncovered Not satisfactory considering uncovered parking out with the multi storey is much cheaper 2. On departing the car park the ticket machine requested we pay £460 andcc C we had to contact service desk and advise we had pre paid
