ECOVACS Tracking Order Status

Nous avons le Deebot T30 pro depuis 1 mois, est franchement nous en sommes content. Paramétrage facile, usage assez simple , et surtout un nettoyage et aspiration efficacent en général. Je vais encore attendre un Peu, mais je suis prêt à craquer sur le robot tondeuse et lave vitre de la même marque

wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased. it was fine for 2 years but has no broken so not worth the money.

Ich habe den Goat G1 2000 direkt über ECOVACS bestellt, die Lieferung war sehr zügig, nach zwei Tagen war alles da. Installation war einfach und gut erklärt,der Mähroboter arbeitet bis jetzt sehr gut und zuverlässig. Über den Kundendienst kann ich keine Aussage treffen, da er natürlich bis jetzt nicht benötigt wurde.

Had this vac for 18 months now and after about a year it atarted misbehaving. Tasks it once did fine every time now run inconsistently after software updates. It constantly loses the map, will ram into areas that are blocked out the map even when the map is properly loaded and the robot is visibly tracking on the map, gets lost in corners, and doesnt touch with its bumper but actively repeatedly rams objects. I think its likely they roll out updates across all models without properly testing them on older models. I would reccomend avoiding their products.

Best hoovers on the planet. There are no other brands which will even closely match the functions of Ecovacs. I've had a few different robots in last 4 years and I absolutely love it. I've had an issue with my recent hoover, however support was quick to respond and replaced it to a new one. The scheduled cleaning routines keep my flat tidy at all times and it does incredible job picking up dogs hair too
