In the long and varied experiences of talking to people at the end of a service industry, a great many have been helpful and efficient. But not perhaps memorable. My chat today with Jess was indeed helpful and efficient, but was also memorable, and in the best of ways. She was a delight and a joy to chat to, and it made my day that little bit brighter.

Customer experience was good, thank you. Was helped by Kieran on the phone, who was able to quickly sort our issues remotely using the electrician's report, and explained the situation very concisely and clearly.

Easy to switch, green energy Vs the lies from other big energy providers, and they offer a lower tariff to provide you with the green energy. It’s a no brainer really!

On boarding was easy and seamless and the app is nice. However, the key dates are still not clear like when will I start paying. Also, I submitted a gas meter reading but it has disappeared from my activity page. Great overall bub in the first period you feel like you don't know much about whats next.

Really easy to sign up for a green energy provider. Competitive rates for green energy and money will be going back into research and development for our future.
