Ecosa AU Tracking Order Status

Reading these reviews, I must be one of the lucky ones?! We bought a new mattress from Ecosa and it was awful, so hard the floor was more appealing. Which was frustrating having done the little survey to get the best mattress for us both and the slick marketing Ecosa does. My hubby can usually sleep on anything, anywhere whereas me with a lumbar injury is a little more picky. Ecosa medium firm was just way too firm, it's like .... concrete. We were both unable to get a restful sleep and woke tired, achey and it just compounded over weeks where neither of us were getting any deep sleep, at all. I asked for something to make it better and were given free of charge, a topper. Which made little difference. At day 30 we had had enough, gone to a bed shop and actually lain on multiple beds and chosen a Sealy, on sale at 3x the cost but we can actually sleep on it fitfully. This is the steep learning curve for me - don't buy if you can't try. The refund process was really smooth even though I had a healthy dose of doubt about getting our money back. But, Salvation Army picked up the concrete mattress and a week later we had our cash in our account. The only glitch was me having to chase the Sallies to email Ecosa that they had my mattress. Otherwise I can not complain. Thank you Ecosa.

Excellent - great customer service & fantastic prompt arrival by two great delivery chaps. The bed & frame were well wrapped. The delivery of the base stated on the boxes 1of3, 2of3, 3of3 - alas the instructions to assemble were in Box 3!! Nevertheless it was easy to assemble. Beautiful mountain ash. The mattress was fantastic. I had read the negative reviews after I purchased the mattress & base & thought - gosh I might have made a mistake but no I found the service & follow up just terrific. Thanks so much to Ecosa for an all round good experience! I would very much like to thank the two chaps from Direct Couriers who were excellent - prompt, considerate, helpful & advised me by phone of their time of arrival. Both are great assets to their courier company.
